The communication skills within this company is quite poor. [redacted], the single family property manager, very rarely returns calls, and follows through with resolving issues lazily. I was often left guessing whether or not she received my voicemail messages and if the issue at hand would be handled in a timely manner. Most of the time, I would have to make several phone calls to get answers and resolutions...and I am known to be a patient and gracious person!
