To Whom it May Concern,Customer ordered from my store on 01/05/2018. My employee incorrectly ranged up the order, and had difficulty voiding the charges. Customer contacted me the next day which was the Saturday 01/06/2018. l told her I will correct the charges. When l looked at the records for...
the time she made the order, the charges were not present. On the Monday 01/08/2018 I get another call from the customer who is irate, and said there was some additional charges. I told her l would contact the payment processor, and during the total conversation l was respectful. Unfortunately, the customer was not respectful and abruptly hung up the phone as I was explaining that mistakes happen, and in no way I trying to rob her of 47.00 dollars.On the Thursday 01/10/2018 the customer filed complaint with Revdex.com, this was extremely unnecessary and the charges were actually credited to the customer by Wednesday 01/09/2018. lam a small business owner, my employees and I love helping customers. l believe at times customer forget that we are regular people, and are working hard like them. This customer is rude, and said food was actually good, but decided to file a complaint within 4 days, and then went to social media to do a smear campaign. Beware of this customer.Team Zpizza
