Review: Spoke with Randy Raume, and he agreed torfunded my mony less 10% for restocking fee. The product was returned in jan 2012. Since return I hav spoke wit his wife udy several times via text messaging and by phone. Sh ha told me several times check was to have been sent. I have never received any monies owed to me. I have postal docmentation showing product was sent as well as documentation stating cost of product in which they owe me. I have given all documention to zin heaing as judy requested, twice at this point. She keeps telling me my check will be sent but,it has been several months and he keeps telling me I should have gotten it.
