I filled a complaint against Z auto sound plus and got a response from the Revdex.com saying that it seems that this business is no longer in business but I can assure you that this location is up and running I see it daily when im on my way to work this business took my money and didnt deliver the services they said they will provide I have provided receipts and I have a video that my wife recorded of this business manager who refused to tell me his name and I would like some one to please contact me my number is [redacted] im just trying to make this right and trying to prevent this business from being able to do this to another customer.computers is not my strength and I fear that if im not doing this properly this complain will not get the attention it deserves someone please help me this business took my money broke contract and was bluntly on video trying to fight me

Review: Car #1 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser (which the owner tried to buy off me) - I had two speakers, a head unit, two amps and a sub installed as well as an alarm system. This was the first time I had gone to Z Auto and everything seemed ok- until one of the component speakers would intermittently stop working. After they had my car for two days mind you, I took it back and found out the wiring was done all wrong for my new speakers. STRIKE 1. Took it back to get an alarm put in after the Toyota dealer wanted to charge me $300 for new key fobs. So I went and got a Falcon alarm system installed. To this day when I click the lock/unlock button the car will "beep" but nothing happens, so I have to use the key to manually unlock the doors... what is the point of the alarm system.. am I right?? Also when I lift the back hatch the head lights come on as well as the air conditioning blowers. Car #2 04 Mazda RX8 - Once again I wanted a stereo and speakers installed, but I was feeling a little adventurous so I installed it myself, its A LOT of work. Never again. So I have a mazda rx8 without an alarm system. Shame on me for going back again... This time when they wired it, whenever I would unlock my car the viper alarm would unlock but the stock alarm would not, meaning as soon as I opened the door the stock alarm would go off. with no way to turn it off Strike 2 Car #3 2011 Chevy Silverado - This time I did not want to install the speakers and amps as it is A LOT of work. I got 4 speakers, and an amp. I already had an amp that they installed for my subs. They hooked it up to the stock head unit as I liked that look in the truck. So after taking my truck to a music concert my back speakers have fallen out which were supposed to be screwed down. Also I hear a rattle and the clips to hold my plastic moldings are broken off from them not removing the plastic properly as well as they lost the screws for two of the door mounts.Desired Settlement: I believe that in recent events that since I had to take apart my truck and basically re-install and re assemble everything myself I should get a refund check... not asking for the 400 I paid. But the labor should be refunded to me as I had to do the work to ensure my truck did not fall apart. Even though My 94 land cruiser alarm system no longer works as they wired it wrong. I am thinking 200 would be a fair agreement

The speakers came undone while driving- causing the wires to be pulled out as well as me having to install the speakers myself, after I paid 400 dollars for them to work correctly. as well as them losing bolts on the front door panel in which I had to go buy.
