Z A Laundromat

This is my second time going to this place and both experiences are terrible. Also the sign on the front says Launderland but on maps it’s Z A Laundromat

First time here I used 2 of the double load washers and one of them started leaking out of nowhere, there was. We tried pressing the emergency stop button and it would not stop. My husband and I tried looking for a manager it supervisor un duty but there was only 2 doors that said keep out. No one answered. We tried to see if we can disconnect the washer or can find a broom but nope nothing. I tried calling the number listed in maps and the yelp page and it was disconnected. Once both washers are done we just grabbed them and put them to dry. Within the hour we were there to wash it dry there was no one in charge. We couldn’t even find a caution wet floor sign to let people know there was a slip.

We tried to give this place another shot and again this time using a Maxi load washer, one of them didn’t dispense water at all!! My clothes came out dried with bits of detergent on it!! I paid $3.75 for the washer to toss my clothes around!!!
