Review: I ordered some aftermarket headlights through this company's website in October of last year (2014). I waited longer than three months when I decided that I no longer wanted to deal with this company. So I emailed and spoke with a gentleman that works for this company about getting a refund ($1,744.00). I showed mercy and gave this company time after time to give me my refund to the point where it was too old of a transaction for my bank ([redacted] to file a dispute and get m money back. I have threatened with reporting them to the Revdex.com may three or more times. He claims that he is dealing with another company to get the refund at a corporate level. However, its been months with no refund received. I can no longer wait. I have tried to do this the nice way. What are my options? In the banking statement it has the check with all their info on it. The website that he had me pay through was called "[redacted]". My Transaction number for that payment was [redacted]. He got me good and I don't want anyone else to far into this trap.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back and for people to be warned about this company.
Review: Hey all, I'm not sure how to feel about this. I have seen many people deal with z1 without a hitch, so I'd like to assume something came up on his end, but I haven't heard anything. This is a possible vendor sale that went sour, but I don't want to ruin his reputation if there is an issue that arouse on his end recently. I contacted him back on ** April 2014 about some clutch parts totalling a $1158. I sent the money on ** April 2014. Ever since then it's been a bunch of shipping errors(as in he received a wrong package of flywheels), or he forgot what my order contained, or he was dealing with a back injury(which I understand, and I gave him plenty of time). It seems like 81 days is more than enough time to deal with the issues. On ** July 2014 at 9:52 PM(Berlin time) I sent an email saying that if I didn't hear back in 24hrs, that I'd have to open a report on here. So here I am. And he's been active on his twitter within the past 36hrs, so I feel as though I'm being ignored. [redacted] Desired Settlement: I want my stuff. But if that's not possible, I want my money back.
