I scheduled a cab a full 9 hours in advance with them. The dispatcher/manager? He assured me he knew precisely where the pickup point was. I waited a full hour past the due time and then called buchanans. I finally spoke to the same man from y.c.c.b. only this time he sounded like a belligerent tweaker. Accepting no responsibility and actually blaming me for "not calling them" I tried but no one answered. They drive like tweakers!
