Youthful Creme

Quite a while ago I had tried the product and paid for it, but asked to be taken off the reorder request. A few months ago, my account was charged without approval, but the person I spoke to corrected it and I asked them to take off my information. Last night I saw that my account was charged again. When I called to question the charge the representative claimed that I was sent an email and reactivated it. I have never seen this email and would not reactivate this cream. The representative told me they could not give me a refund for the product, but would discount it. I do not want this product and would not have okayed it. I have not seen an email. I was told to contact a supervisor.
