Review: I have been charged for services that never took place. On January 9, 2013, I went to the dentist for cleaning as I normally do every 6 months but in April 2013 I went to see the doctor for pain in one of my teeth. She felt around the tooth with a metal pic to see if there was a problem and could not find anything and looked at my xrays from January and also found nothing. Then I was billed for dental cleaning which never took place. When I called the dentist's office today they told me that I was billed on a maintenance schedule for cleaning and the dental insurance company did not pay for the services. I make my appointments every 6 months for cleaning. I did not get my teeth cleaned and I have been charged $97. This charge is incorrect. The doctor told me that there was no charge since she couldn't find anything.Desired Settlement: Remove the $97 charge from my bill since I did not get my teeth cleaned.
