Your Listing Expert

Guarantee was to be listed top 3 map listings for after specific key words in 3 months at $300/month or money back. Guarantee was not met, and desperate repeated request no proof that any work whatsoever was done was provided.

Despite repeated request and no refund was given. I am almost certain for a few reasons that they did absolutely no work and just contributed to take the payment.

I was told on sign up that I could request a "work report" at any time to see what they were doing to improve my listing. I requested this many times, from account manager as well as regional manager and was told I would get one but never did. In fact they never even called me back.

Paid a total of $1196+gst that should be refunded given their guarantee.

I receive SEO inquiries on a daily basis from companies with no proven track record. I went online to look for an established company with proven results. I found Your Listing Expert ranked very highly in ***. If they could do it for themselves, I knew they could do it for me. I'm 6 months into the SEO campaign and couldn't be happier with the results so far.

I've only been working with Your Listing Expert for a couple weeks now. My business was suffering because of this virus, I was literally planning on shutting down in a week. Here's my story:
-Promised me that I'd rank top 3 within 3 months on *** for about $275 per month, I agreed to pay (and would have been happy to for the promised but never-delivered results)
-Took ages to actually post "something"
-Posts contained NO key words and were a mere copy of my website's content
-After 3 months NO results were visible other than an $800 hole in my wallet
-I asked for my money back, they DID pay it back (I guess that earns them the one star)
-After asking them never to reach out to me again, they keep calling me back to engage their services

You are promised by their sales person that you will be in the top 3 in *** listings in three months, unfortunately they do not tell you that they use obscure words for the search and that is your top three. For me their search was Roofers in strawberry hill, that is not a valid search, I got 27 views, put me in the top three, because no one searches for that! They may have incurred all of those numbers also, no way to know. The would not refund me as promised.
