they had agreed that we give them 2 complementary hotel nights for their inconvenience. I will be glad to refund their money instead of the complementary hotel nights.

We received the stated refund but I have an issue with their refund policy and offer. We were told that Discover Branson has offered us a weekend stay at a lodging less than what we orginally purchased due to expense. Did they take into consideration the added expense my family incured and the disappointment they faced when we attempted to contact them to correct this situation to no avail. Our vacation that was pre-planned was now un planned with no one to assist us, especially my children who were visiting with high hopes as we my wife and I. It took a complaint to your department to initiate a decent response from discover Branson. Therefore I am requesting a monetary refund to settle the loss and replanting my family experienced. We want to one day revisit Branson and continue what could be an excellent top notch vacation.
