handle all of the legal files myself. My family suffered two deaths in a very short period of time, which was part of the reason I was not able to provide a timely report. The second reason is there is an attorney and Sheriff involved in this process. The Sheriff has had the information I provided for the Writ of Execution for several months. The attorney has attempted to get an update from the Sheriff, however the Sheriff has not responded. The attorney will be prompting the Sheriff once again for an update at the end of this week. The Sheriff's office requires that all requests for update be submitted in writing. Please feel free to contact me should you have any additional questions.
