authorized therefore we do expect payment, especially since this is coming to our attention a year after the fact. 
Please let us know what is the next step in resolving this complaint.

I read the customers complaint and we have attached the order records we have on file. There has been no tampering with the quality control contract as stated in the complaint, we were very clear this was for an online listing.
 
Although we do not agree with [redacted] testimony and admit no fault in regards to their account with Your Business Needs we are willing to settle this account for the amount of $299.99. Unfortunately because this invoice is so old and the service was rendered in full I cannot simply disregard these charges. We have taken every step over the last 20 months of contact with your facility to help resolve this matter. We trust this is sufficient to settle your concerns in regards to this account. Payment is required at your earliest convenience.
