I purchased a DVD set for a holiday gift and it took over two weeks for it to arrive. In short: it arrived after Christmas. There was a lack of communication about the whereabouts of my order: unanswered emails and phone calls. While the package did arrive, the effort it took to track it down was not worth it. Save yourself time (and a headache) and order from somewhere else -- anywhere else but Your Black World. It's just not worth it.

I recently ordered 3 dvd set of "hidden colors" on sale for $ 49.99 fromthe website store (store.yourblackworld.net). The payment has been applied to my credit card and I haven't receive my order. However, I did reach a representative who provided a ups tracking number with no information regarding my package. That conversation occurred on 12/09/14...spoke to [redacted] @ XXX-XXX-XXXX.I have left numerous messages on the website and still haven't receive my order.Order_Number: 3186Desired SettlementI would like to get my order or a full refund including shipping charges
