On April 2, 2020 I ordered 3 Gallons of hand sanitizer. The order was received 4/17/2020. It was a complete mess. The box was stuffed with filler and a one gallon bottle, which was half empty (see attachment). This was supposed to be sanitizer for the company during covid19. Instead it was a scam. Half empty bottle with an unknown substance inside.
The client had been refunded as soon as we received the pictures. This is not how we sent the product. The package mush have been damaged during the transit
I am rejecting this response because: I own a company that ships 10,000s of packages each year. This clown said UPS damaged his package, then repacked the package, left a half filled poorly labeled bottle in the package and then delivered it. In the 100 years of my company being in business UPS has never repaired nor repackaged a box. Never happened, never will. Again this is a scam taking advantage of people during the pandemic. We are in the aerospace business. AS9100 certified, as a result we photograph every package on arrival. This package was not damaged by UPS. This package was stuffed with plastic. Not typical packing material sold at UPS. I have multiple pictures of the box as arrived, and internals. This person has numerous other reviews with people complaining about similar bad behavior. Perhaps the FTC or Attorney General in Ohio will fix this situation.
