I signed up for the service your best grade on March 4th 2020. This service is used to help nursing student prepare to take the EXIT Hesi which is a exam in nursing school. The service I signed up has a automatic withdrawal for a duration of 3 months at $37 a moth or a alternative of $97 for a up front payment. I agreed to $37 monthly charge. I used the service for 2 months and the 3rd automatic withdrawal was taken from my account on May 4th. I stopped using the service because I no longer had any need to use it. I passed my exam and was no longer in need of the service. Since I already payed for the month of May I let my friend who is also a nursing student use my account since this month has already been payed for. I received a email today saying I have violated the terms of use. I replied with I am no longer using the account however my friend is and I was told this wasn't able to happen, I don't understand what the issue is. I am not using the account and I payed for the moth so I let someone use the account . Not the both of us. one user is using the account not two. I could understand if it was two users using the account but its one and its a issue. The bigger picture at hand is we are in dire need or nurses in this world because of Covid19.. If this service can help facilitate that for first responders and future first responders. The response I received from *** at your best grade wasn't warranted.

Actually, you paid $97 for your first month of access. After that, you can continue to use your account free of charge, if you want, until your account automatically expires.
In your case, you choose to select the payment plan, meaning that instead of $97 at once, you pay $37/month for 3 months. The conditions of the sale don't change because of that.
Essentially, it's like buying an iPhone. If you don't pay the Iphone upfront and, instead, use a payment plan to pay for the iPhone, that doesn't mean you get 2 phones :). Similarly, you cannot just cancel your payment plan after making the first, or the first 2, payments of your iPhone payment plan :).

The representatives response wasn't relative to my complaint and completely left field. I'm not asking for 2 accounts to your best grade or even for two users to be able to use the service.I payed for a service that I no longer use and Ive gifted it to another future first responder and *** thought this was the best way to handle the situation. Hence why I'm here making a complaint. Please take care of this issue.

Each account is for individual use only, as clearly stated on our website, and in our terms and conditions. When the student initially started account sharing, we sent a friendly email, to reinform her about our policies. Our policy is very straight forward in that we don't allow account sharing. 1 account shall be used by 1 student only. If a student no longer has a need for their account, they may stop using their account, but may not give or sell their account to another student.We allow refunds for up to 6 months if students actively use our program, but fail their exam. We do not allow refunds if students stop using our program because they passed their exam (or subsequently share or sell their account to another student).
