Pretty good response the first two times I hired them, but experienced a delay the last time (January '14), reason given was that they "...got slammed" with other business. This involved pickup & delivery. Might have gotten my PC back sooner if I had dropped it off & picked it up myself. Work seems reliable, though. Quote was accurate.
