After having a blowout on I-20 and sustaining damage to our fifth wheel we had to stay in Abilene while the damage was assessed. We needed to continue on to our destination which was several states away and we needed an expert to give us the green light to keep driving if the damage was only cosmetic. When we asked whom we should call, 2 tow truck drivers, a police officer and management at our campground all highly recommended Rick. We were not disappointed.

We called Rick and he fit us in within 24 hours on a Tuesday afternoon. He came out personally. He walked through the damage and talked us through what he saw. He took the time to explain the repair process and what we could expect as far as time and the insurance process. Although he understood that he wasn't going to get the job if we proceeded to our destination he was very forthcoming and honest. He explained the damage was only cosmetic and we could proceed.

That kind of service, honesty, flexibility, understanding and expertise is rare to encounter these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone who needed RV work.
