Bought a tire for 35 dollars they did not mount correctly and when u asked them to fix it they took tire off kept tire I bought told me it was no good and gave me a dry rotted tire that lasted 2 days.
Our dispute is over a used tire sold. The lady that sent in the complaint is the mother of the customer and was VERY belligerent and didn't give us a chance to, try to, help them out. The customer had purchased a pair of used tires and one apparently had gone low. The mother called and tried to tell me that we had done something wrong and I told her to bring it back and we would fix it. When the customer returned, it was obvious they had driven on the tire flat and had ruined it. The mother insisted that the valve stem was at fault but when checked, it showed to not be the cause of the problem. We put a different tire on the car and figured the problem was solved. Two days later the mother of the customer called back again and claimed there was a problem with the second tire and they went to another tireshop to have it "fixed". She insisted that I reimburse her for the tire without bringing it back for me to evaluate. When I refused to reimburse her without seeing the tire, she threatened to turn me in to the Revdex.com. I am sorry for their misfortune but I was not going to be bullied by this misinformed, threatening lady especially without evaluating the tire in question.
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
I was not bullying them in anyway I asked for my money back and explained why and he told me no it was my fault and I told them I would report them Revdex.com since they didn't want to refund my money for selling me a dry rotted tire. The owner informed me that was what I was going to have to do and hung up on me.
Sincerely
I bought the tire for my daughter's car!
