Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have been waiting since February of this year and have a myriad of emails AND a cashed check to prove that they OWE us a refund We did the project on time, and are now complaining that the General Contractor owes them money This is not our problem Their business and our business made an agreement and it does not matter whether or not they get paid.This response is contrary to the email Ms [redacted] and father sent to me I will be happy to post the correspondence They are now looking for "proof", which has been sent to them via email , regular mail, and certified mailSincerely, [redacted] ***
I contacted *** *** ***, subcontractor, to solve the complaint today.What happened was *** *** *** withdrew money from our Bank's checking account without final inspection.And then, our site manager called police to get a refund.Now, work was done and we are about to issue the
