Young Design Build Restoration

This company does not pay their bills. We did a garage door opener for Richard Y in one of his clients homes and he gave us a routing and account number and this was over 2 months ago and we have not received a penny from him. Payment is due upon completion and we have been trying to reach him to no avail. If he doesn't pay his bills then that means the customer gets screwed in the end.
