YOUNG AND BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION

Mr. Sean Y started a brick cleaning and pointing job on my home July 13, 2019 and did not complete it. I paid him almost $3000 so far and he has not completed the job. He left his scaffold up in front of my house in addition to small area with plastic in the wall. He took the awnings off of the front of my home and they are still off. I went ordered replacement stones to replace crumbling brown stone. Mr. Y told me that he would need to replace the brownstone and mantle in addition to the brick cleaning job. he asked me for an additional $120 stating that he needed to purchase a mantle for the brown stone but never returned. I have made several attempts to contact him and his brother with no luck. On 9/14/19, he came to my house asking me to give him more money after being gone for more than 3 weeks. on 9/14, he told me that he did not like the way the brick cleaning came out and that he needed to clean them again. He then told me that his pressure washer needed to be repaired and that he would need more money for materials. I refused to give him money. on 9/15 he sent me a text telling that his pressure washer would be repaired and the he would return on 9/17/19. As of today I have not seen him nor has he or his brother returned my calls. I have receipts and photos of my payments and contracts. At this point, I need to know what my options are because the winter is almost here and I do not want my home exposed. I reached out to his brother appeared at first to want to assist me in locating Sean but he didn't. He stated that he came out to my home on 9/22 but I didn't hear my doorbell. I attempted to reach him 3 times but he did not answer his telephone or return my text. I have made a few attempts today with not luck. Please advise on my next steps.
