I booked an appointment online days before for 2/19/am and the website said nothing about calling ahead of time to make sure the will do fingerprintingthe website said make appointment on line or walk-ins welcomeWhen my husband and I walked in on the day of my appointment the receptionist was pleasant but Trisa Wtaking the finger prints was not so pleasant, because the fist thing she said that did you make appointment on line and I said yes, and she said normally we prefer that you call before you come in and than she asked how I was paying for it and I said with my card and she said I might have to send you out to get cash because my scanner might not workand we don't except checks, so I said that's fineThen she got my finger printing done and took my payment, provided me with a receipt which I accepted and went to my car, that is when I noticed that she charged me $now online price was $
