You Walk Away

Review: I contracted You Walk Away when I wanted to leave my property at [redacted], New [redacted]. For eight years, I've received an email stating that has been no action on the property. Two weeks ago, I was served Foreclosure papers for the property. I have not heard from them since. I sent them a copy of the Foreclosure last week, certified mail with delivery confirmation. I have not received the ticket acknowledging receipt. I was "promised" that the service would take care of any issues regarding the property, but the language in the foreclosure says there may be garnishment of wage and legal fees. I contracted the service because I could no longer afford the property, as I was moving to California. I fear serious financial consequences because this company virtually disappeared off teh face of the earth two weeks after my property was facing foreclosure.Desired Settlement: I wish to be apprised regarding their next plan of action, and if I need to contract legal counsel.
