want to cancel but cannot reach them
I have been trying to contact this number 855-512-2711 answers music then hangs up. AI want to cancel this and have been trying for months. I think they should refund my 5 months of money just trying to call them just to get hung up on and they charge 29.99 and I don't even use this stuff. Thank you ***@comcast.net or ***@comcast.net

I received a free sample of Pure Primal Keto and Forskolin.
After a couple of weeks, I was charged for a new bottle of each in the amount of $79.95 and $69.96 respectively.
I did not want them.
I emailed the only email address I had for them on 4.08 and again on 4.19 telling them I did not want product and when it came, I would refuse it. I also demanded a full refund.
They have ignored both of my emails and I have not received either product.
You probably will not be able to help as they are VERY good at hiding address, correct website and the isps below come up for sale.
I have contacted my credit card company as well.

After reviewing your complaint we are very sorry to hear of the trouble you have experienced. It appears there was a system error as we did not receive either of those emails that you said you sent. We would like to illuminate that we offer free trial periods in which our customers are given 14 days from when their order is placed to try our product out. After this period of time is up, you are billed for the items in your possession and enrolled in our monthly subscription program to better assist with your weight loss goals. Our data shows that you began your trial for You Fit Bliss on 3/23; your trial period ended on 4/06 when you were billed. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and regret the distress this has caused you. To amend this, we have refunded your account for the two charges incurred after your trial ended; your total reimbursement is $149.90. Your account was also cancelled when you disputed the charges with your bank, so no need to worry about any future billings. We hope that this will rectify where we fell short and would like to apologize one last time for the trouble.
