Dear [redacted],As expected my experience differs greatly from [redacted].  Her dog did leave our shop with neck abrasions.  Some due to his behavior and others due to attempted dematting.  Which was at the customers request.  "I don't want him shaved."Because of [redacted]...

emotionally charged false accusations I will not participate in this negotiation beyond what follows.I groomed her dog so I will not refund the $60.00 paid and the $5.00 gratuity.  I will however, pay for the vet visit and the antibiotic ointment.
