Review: I still have not received my refund for a pair of shoes returned early June 2014 (purchased from the online store). It has been months with no follow-up to my emails and no phone calls returned. Nobody answers the customer service line every time I call. Here is a copy of my emails: On 10/**/14 from me to [redacted] customer service, cc: [redacted]): Hello, I never received a confirmation email when the refund was applied (as promised) nor did I receive my refund. It is well beyond a reasonable business processing time frame. Please either process a return to my credit card or mail me a check ASAP to this (updated) address below: [redacted] On 10/**/14 from YS Customer Service to me: We are so sorry about this! We are going to send you a check as soon as possible, but we just need to confirm the last 4 digits of your credit card number so that we can confirm the correct amount to send you.On 10**/14 from me to YS Customer Service: Here are the numbers: xxxx [real numbers provided but hidden to Revdex.com only].On 12/**/14 from me to YS Customer Service: It has been more than 30 days and I have not received the check yet. I am so frustrated and disappointed in the customer service that I have received thus far. Please have a [redacted] respond to my issue. On 12/**/14 from me to YS Customer Service: I have not heard from a department [redacted] yet and it has been one full business week without a response regarding the whereabouts of my missing check. I simply want my refund from a return made this past summer and it should not be this difficult. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. On 12/**/14 an automated email was received from YS Customer Service: Thank you for contacting [redacted]. Our business hours are 9am- 7pm Monday- Friday. One of our Customer Care associates will get back to you within 24 business hours. Thank You!Desired Settlement: A refund for $39.60 for the sale shoes purchased.
