I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
I received the soap this past Saturday. As I stated in the first email, this is the second time we have ordered and had to wait over a month to receive soap. The first time, the owner told my wife someone must have stolen some of their soap out of shipping (reason for first delay). The second delay was due to torrential rain which I know California received; however, the torrential rain wasn't every day for a month and a half. We love the scent and the way it foams, but they are extremely slow to ship so this will be our last order. Thank you for resolving this issue.*** ***
