Both products will kill fleas and ticks by contact and repel fleas and ticks after application. These products have been tested and proven effective The amount of happy customers far outweighs this isolated incident where there is a claim that the product is ineffective. The statement *** *** made in this incident report is a little misleading, so I wanted to clarify what our communication to *** *** looked like. The communication is below. After offering to review and possibly refund *** *** for the purchase price of the products, we did not hear back from the customer.We do not consider the desired settlement reasonable, therefore we are unable to accommodate.
