Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/22) */ This job was sold on August 15th home owner was given an approximate start date of to weeks from date of signingSince date of signing, there have been Two days that had a pretty good chance of rain that pushed all of our jobs out a couple of days including jobs that were sold before Mr [redacted] jobWe have also had actual rain that has pushed jobs out a bitWe recieved a call from Mr [redacted] Contractor on approximately August 25th asking us if we could felt off the new addition portion of the roof so that he could get an interior inspection from the cityFelting this roof had nothing to do with impending rainThe first time we have heard anything about the addition leaking was in a complaint letter from Revdex.com after September 11thKeeping this addition water tight until Yorkshire Roofing could do the roof is the responsibility of the General Contractor not Yorkshire RoofingThe first call we recieved from The [redacted] was from Mrs [redacted] on September the 8th in the afternoonMy scheduler was not available at the time of callWe received a second call from Mr [redacted] on September the 9th in the morning when my scheduler was in the middle of pay roll and could not take his callHe was on the list for a return call that dayHis call was returned on September the 9th at approximately 12:pm giving him the option for a start date of September 23rd and he agreedWe were able to push his start date to September 21st (approximately week later than the promised weeks) and the job is in progress
