I have been with Security Associates about years now and I absolutely love Jackie [redacted] in the Service Department! She has ALWAYS givendors me the best customer service and is so professional If she were to ever leave and go to another alarm company, I would go with her! That's how wonderful she is She is definitely an asset to the company, I hope they realize that!!!

I never thought I would need a system and I always considered it a tool for obtaining an insurance discount On June 17, that all changed My husband received a call at work that someone was breaking into our home, then the motion sensors detected movement, and then the dreaded fire alarm Someone was breaking into my home to save my dogs which led to saving my home from complete devastation Because of being notified immediately of alarms by Security Associates monitoring staff, we were able to quickly leave work in Washington, DC to meet with local fire departments, the Fire Marshall, and others at our home soon after the fire Security Associates' staff are great people and care about their work Jackie in Sales convinced me to upgrade to a wireless system, which was a great suggestion I am a firm believer that a monitored alarm system will save lives and bring peace of mind YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!
