Upon looking at the problem the residents had, I took pictures of the damage that was done from the previous workers/companies (3-4 other companies to be exact per customer) they stated they hired that supposedly did not fix the original leak. I showed them the pictures and advised them what I was going to do PRIOR to taking the job. I went over every detail and advised them numerous times that what I was doing may or may not fix the leak as it could be the chimney. I did exactly what was agreed upon and signed into contract, not to mention the job was not fully paid for until I was done, which the owner seen what I had done to help fix their leak, and stated I did more work to fix the leak than anyone previously had, he was very satisfied upon completion. After completing the job per our contract, which detailed every little thing I was going to do. They advised me it was great work. A few days later I went back out and looked at the roof again as they stated it was leaking still. I once again advised them they needed to have the chimney looked at, as some one else did that work. They agreed completely. After that, they never had anyone else come out and look at the other possibilities of the supposed leak. They expected me to stop what I was doing on their accord. Not to mention, they knew I was helping storm damage residents with clean up. Less than a week later, I even had a second person come out with me to look at what I had done in attempt to help them. They were fine with the job and the work done until "supposedly" it started leaking again. I could find no proof of a leak after my completion. Because, I did go back out a second time and reassess. I'm not sure where they are getting 6 different appointment times from. That is false. I have many other references of other clients that I have taken care of and even gave discounts too that were affected by the storm damages that ripped through our community. This owner texted me threatening messages regarding getting a lawyer and posting negative things about me and my company, completely on false grounds. I do not appreciate that false content of this post. I have attempted to help these customers out on numerous accounts, with no positive outcome. I am once again apologetic to their concerns, and did attempt to help every way possible. But, they were impossible to please.

Please feel free to report any false information, as you keep doing. I actually did my work for the storm victims for free. This is exactly why my services with you guys were terminated. I did everything I was suppose too. As well as attempted to help. But, as a business owner and a human being, I will not tolerate the disrespect and the threatening text messages I received for a job that I completed per our contract, that as I remind you, you were happy with and did state I went above and beyond for. I attempted multiple times to help you at my regard as I was helping the storms victims out for FREE and help the situation with no positive outcome on your end. I'm very sorry for the outcomig of this situation, as that was not my intention. I can only do so much to attempt to help you. But, as I said, I can not stand by and allow someone to treat another human being the way you guys did. It's unacceptable. Thank you.
