RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company continues to claim that it custom made the bed I received. I purchased a twin bed (Depth 39" x Width 44" x Length 114" x Height 69"). The company delivered a bed that is no where near what I ordered and is at least 83" tall, which as stated on the company website as the height of the bed with the double bookcase headboard (not what I ordered). The bed received is at least 65" wide (again, not even close to what I ordered). The company did not ship what I ordered/paid for and therefore, has not custom made anything for me.
