Reference the complaint number: [redacted] ? FastBucks made numerous attempts to help correct Mr [redacted] ’s complaints, here is the documented situation.? ? ? ? His payment was due on 7/21, and collection on his bank account was not attempted until 7/24, well beyond his payment due date.? Per the contract, not Mr [redacted] ’s attempt to change the terms, he was due and payable on the 21st.? Because he was a good customer and had a reason to be delayed the manager waited until the close of 7/to take any collection action.? ? ? ? Mr [redacted] failed show up or call on 7/prior to close as he statedWe close at 7PM, so a payment was electronically processed through the account he gave us permission to use at 6:58PM.Had he shown up at the last minute, or called, we could have reversed the payment prior to close two minutes later.? ? We attempted to explain, per the terms of the contract after an account is in default, we can collect the payment by a means he provided our company.He stated this was fraud, and as I explained he had given us permission through his contract and the default section.? ? ? ? ? He spoke to numerous individuals including the DM who tried to explain and rectify his situation.? Each time someone attempted to discuss the issue, Mr [redacted] became vulgar and abusive.In any situation where the customer refuses to discuss the matter and becomes this way, we cannot offer any assistance? ?
