Review: I have had three heart attacks. York Risk Services administers payment for my job-related injury awarded as "future medical". My prescriptions were provided without a hitch for years. Then suddenly and without explanation York Case Worker [redacted] suddenly denied two of my prescription. She tried to blame it on [redacted] which is another company that they employ. I have been bounced back and forth between [redacted] and York Risk Services now for eight months with each blaming the other for lack of service. I finally got a straight answer from [redacted] which places the blame squarely on York Services for failure to "term out the denial" of my prescriptions. I have written the particular case worker at York repeatedly but to no avail.Desired Settlement: 1. I would like York Risk Services to contact its sub-contractor [redacted] and notify them that all of my prescriptions are authorized and should be filled including low-dose aspirin, Lisinopril, Amiodarone,Carvedilol, Klor-Con, Furosemide, Lovastatin, Viagra, Warfarin and Nitro Glycerin.2. I would like an explanation and appology from the case worker at York Risk Services Group that has caused me to have to deal with her lack of service for the past eight months.
