I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below P.S I did not request bloodwork, the vet suggested this to which I agreedWhen the vet stated the bloodwork was good, he did not suggest any further treatment which did not resolve my cat not eating and getting weakerI DID NOT state that I did not want to go any further with treatment, they assumed thisI brought my cat to my regular vet and they treated her and got her to eat againWhy couldn't York do this in the first place is my question, and charge me alot of money? P.S I did not request bloodwork, the vet suggested this to which I agreed. When the vet stated the bloodwork was good, he did not suggest any further treatment which did not resolve my cat not eating and getting weaker. I DID NOT state that I did not want to go any further with treatment, they assumed this. I brought my cat to my regular vet and they treated her and got her to eat again. Why couldn't York do this in the first place is my question, and charge me alot of money?
