I don't know if we all live in the same complex but that's the deal here too. THEY SUCK! I have kept a log over the last 3 years of dates, times, how long it was out and who I spoke to. I only use their internet and I am so tired of the same BS "try resetting your router'' try this, try that,try making you internet work, How about that? I make them give me credit when it's out for long periods. I have worked with computers for longer than I would like to say (sense they came out )., I would rather pay twice what I pay for this not working crappy internet. May as well be using dial-up. I have a lot of research on this company and you would be surprised at what I found. I would actually be ashamed to work for that company. Anyone who asks me what internet I have I just say "you've never heard of it". You should get someone else. I can't because...I love the apartments but this is insane. EVERYONE USES THE INTERNET! Yonbiteme :(
I truly do not understand how internet service providers are allowed to stay in business while lying to their customers. I pay for 10 mbps, yet, I rarely get above 2 mbps download speed. Of course, I would have ditched this company in a heartbeat, but they are the only provider in my complex (I can't comprehend how this is legal, either). So, of course it won't matter how much we complain or what we tell the Revdex.com, Yondoo can do whatever they want. I BARELY stream videos and only if it's the only device using the connection. If anyone knows of any other options for people forced to use the worst internet service in the world due to their location, please comment back!
My Communication Services Internet company was bought out recently by Yondoo. Comm Svcs. had a monopoly on my apt. complex. My Mbps level dropped below email level. I cannot stream anything. In one week there was 4 outages, one lasting 14 hours. Tech Support says alot of good things, but does absolutely nothing.
