The owner offered me a free examination of my canine for a teeth cleaning and oral surgery. I took my canine in and received a brief examination with a veterinarian. After that they denied knowledge of offer of free examination so I showed them email on my mobile phone. They claimed I did not have the proper paperwork and refused my request to talk with the business owner who offered the complimentary examination. The business manager, Christine, who denied my request to contact the owner became confrontational pressuring me to pay the examination fee in an isolated room. This made me increasingly uncomfortable and I paid the fee to escape the situation.
