satisfied with their response for two reasons: They were unwilling to refund the full amount Instead Matt provided a one-day refund and the remaining day in adventure bound dollars As I mentioned before, I will not be returning to any of their parks So, the gift certificate has no value to me I would also like to know if this particular campground has been inspected and changes have been made There was no mention of this

Revdex.com spoke to Matt at business and the following was relayed: The campground was not as described by the complainantThere were no other complaints that weekendIn good faith we did offer the refund that we provided
