studioAfter reviewing this customer's file, I informed her there was no record of her cancellationHowever, as the new owner, the customer was told I would waive the day written cancellation notice requirement that is outlined in the membership agreement and cancel her contract immediatelyThe customer demanded a refund of the monies she paid to the previous owner, plus the current month's membership duesSince the customer was unable to provide evidence of a written cancellation, I informed her that a monetary refund would not be processed, but offered her month of free yoga classes to compensate her for claims she made against the previous ownerThe customer declined the offer
I cancelled my membership here over months agoI got charged afterwards and thought ok maybe its just the rollover month or whateverBut then I got charged THE NEXT MONTH!!
I called and was told that it was under new ownership and that it would be cancelled immediatelyI asked why I was unable to be reimbursed since I had cancelled the membership over months ago and she said it was out of her hand because it was a different ownerSo I told her I lost over $because of a filing mistake because the previous owner couldn't do her job correctly?! She REFUSED to reimburse me for the months that I was not attending

studio. After reviewing this customer's file, I informed her there was no record of her cancellation. However, as the new owner, the customer was told I would waive the 30 day written cancellation notice requirement that is outlined in the membership agreement and cancel her contract immediately. The customer demanded a refund of the monies she paid to the previous owner, plus the current month's membership dues. Since the customer was unable to provide evidence of a written cancellation, I informed her that a monetary refund would not be processed, but offered her 1 month of free yoga classes to compensate her for claims she made against the previous owner. The customer declined the offer.
