Review: A sales associate confirmed a total amount due that I would be charged when I joined this studio. I was then charged a second time for the same amount - two duplicate payments. I called the studio to discuss the additional charge and was told that the additional charge was not a mistake and that it was not reimbursable. I asked to speak with the [redacted], who called me back during the hours I explicitly stated in a message that I would not be available. She did the same thing later that week after I continued to call. She now will not return my calls nor take my calls when she is present at the studio to discuss the additional charge and a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the additional charge, $141.08.
