Don't waste your time. Their coupon for 4 rooms (any size) for $89.95 is a scam. They came to my house (2000 sq feet, only 1400 of it is carpeted) and told us it would be $270 instead. Our carpet had no major stains, just needed to be cleaned. Then they wanted to charge $4 per stair!!!! Will tell everyone I know never to use this disreputable company.

"Rick" came to my house for a carpet cleaning. My wife was quoted $89.99 over the phone. When he showed up he looked at all the rooms then went back to get his clip board. He then wrote up a list of charges that came to $275.00. I told him that's not what my wife was quoted and began to call her. As soon as I picked up the phone he turned to walk out and said "oh brother". Before he could reach the door I told him this is a classic bait and switch. He replied "your right". He then said anyone can give you a quote but it will cost more for your carpet. He then said one of the stains on my carpet was from a female dog with a bladder infection and proceeded to tell me he can tell that we burn a candle once a year in our house...I was like [redacted]?? This guy is creepy and will freak any woman out who is home alone. While he was upstairs writing hi report I was in the process of texting my wife that he was really weird. Worst part of all after I slammed the door behind him I tied to call the company. IT WAS HIS NUMBER!!! He is the company. Of course he didn't answer but I hope to see him in public in the near future.
