Review: the owner of the company handled my concern unprofessionally.

I called mr [redacted] today to let him know that the well was not working. the conversation began pleasantly until he asked me if I had any other issues with the property, I listed the few I had, which dealt with the wiring in our kitchen which had yet to be fixed, the mice that keep eating thru our walls, and a foul smell in the bathroom. to which he replied that maybe I needed to clean it. I realized that hew as not trying to be offensive but when he continnued to tell me that I needed to clean my bathroom I was very appalled and told him that I do clean our bathroom to which he replied well im not sendng anyone out there because the bathroom smells,,, we had been previously told that there was a bad seal around the toilet.I told him I would let my husband get in touch with him, he said that all of the tenants on this property have issues with property management and that I need to understand that he may be new in my life but I need to get it straight that he is the one who will be handling everything... he asked me for my name and number I gave my husbands information as I told him that I did not want to speak with him further, he said I didnt ask your husbands name I asked yours I have it right here on my computer so I already know who you are dont try to hide I already know who you are.. at this point I felt a little threatened and taken aback. I let him know my name is [redacted] and he was still yelling about how I am trying to hide my name, I let him know sir I told you my name and he said I had to devulge it out of you and I was just being polite... I was shocked that he thought that was polite. he then told me I needed to understand where I stand in all of this and that he is the boss and then he proceeded to hang up on me.

I do not feel in anyway this was handles professionaly. there are many issues with this house and I was only answering his questions and he proceeded to not honor the fact that I did not want to have further contact with him.

I did not sign up with this property management company our house was tranferred to his.

when I asked if he was the owner his response was "yep"

he was not willing to listen to me tell him I was not pleased with the way he was handling the situation. I was highly offeneded thathe would say I dont clean my bathroom and frankly let me know that I was nothing and he was the boss who called the shots.Desired Settlement: I would like to be let out of the lease so we are free to move without penaltu and get my security deposit back.
