Hello, I received a request for a refund from Ms ***, and I went ahead with the refund on the dress*** was shipped her hat, and was told that if she didn't receive it she would need to contact her post office, as my policy clearly states I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packagesI
am very accommodating, and gave her the refund she requested, at the time she requested itI cannot give you $thank DONT owe you, and that doesn't make me a crook nor a bad shop ownerI have over orders in which people received their items, I would hardly call that dishonestI apologize for the length of time the dress took, and I was open and honest about that with Ms ***I hope this brings resolution to whatever she feels was done wrong to her!
