I have repeatedly brought minor to severe issues including neighbors dogs using my patch of lawn and not picking up after then to the roof leaking and causing major damageTheir fix is to "go on the roof" and not fix anything or "put notices on tenants doors" without consequences for continued infractionsHad a leak under the sink, their "fix" was to stick a bucket under the pipe and instruct me to dump it on occasion
It's "in the lease" that the tenant has no recourse but the section referring to their responsibilities aren't enforcableShe continually shifts blame and refuses to discuss solutions "If you don't like it, leave"
The manager actually yelled at me when I brought to her attention the continued lack of actionShe stated she was the boss when I requested her superiors' contact informationI found it though:

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE. THE APARTMENTS THEY RENT ARE ALWAYS [redacted]. Bed bugs, roaches and rats THEY MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH TENANTS AN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT THEY EVICT YOU. THEY WILL EVICT YOU IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU. THEY ARE CORRUPT AND. TREAT THERE TENANTS LIKE CAMEL [redacted]. BOTTOM LINE IF YOU ARE MOVING ANYWHERE AND YMP IS THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY JUST RUN LIKE A RACEHORSE.
