SCAM! I ordered an mp3 charger from this company. Not only did they send me the wrong cord, they expected me to pay for shipment of the item wrong THEY sent - back to China! After repeated efforts to speak with something on the phone, they eventually stopped responding to emails and phone calls.

Review: I placed the order online. I was never told at the time I placed the order that the item was in CHINA. They said it was shipped but I have not received it. I have contacted them several times and they have not replied.Desired Settlement: Refund full purchase price immediately without hesitation.

Review: I ordered a product online with this company. After two weeks of not receiving my ordered product, I contacted them and asked them why I have not received this shipment yet. They told me that they had to order the product from China which would further delay shipping. Nowhere in their product catalog does it say they may not have the product they advertised and it may take another month, on top of the already 15 day maximum delivery time.
My contact with this company has been via email. They refuse to give me a date in which I should expect this product. They simply tell me to wait with date and no tracking information. They will not answer my questions and also seem to avoid responding to my emails. I was misled in their false advertising regarding shipment time. I feel that this may be a scam or just a very poorly run company.Desired Settlement: I want to receive this product AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I do not want to wait another month for a simple shipment. If this product cannot be delivered within the next 7 days, I want a full refund.
Review: The Tablet cover I ordered and paid for never arrived. I have waited 15 days which is the high end of the listed shipping time for standard shipping. Called customer service and no real person to talk with.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my order reshipped and my shipping charges reimbursed.

Review: Ten days ago I "express ordered" a cable for my digital camera which I never received. I received an "order confirmation" including an order number--but never received the product. I was made aware that I should have received it from 2 to 5 business days.Desired Settlement: If the product I believed to have bought cannot appear where I live, I would like my thirty dollars refunded.
