I contacted the YKS Acceptance and spoke to Chuck B*** about a repossession they had sent to my collections and I informed him that this wasn’t right because I was never notified about the car being repossessedHe told me that they don’t send out a notifications (mind you I’m the co-signer)But towards the the end of the conversation he informs me that they sent me a letter and the address they had on file wasn’t an address I have ever lived at or even heard ofThen I asked him why was the vehicle repossessed when *** the borrower of the vehicle set up payment arrangements then made a payment over the phone? He informed me that they did take a payment then management decided they are going to over rule the arrangement and go repossess the vehicle anywayI asked why they didn’t notify *** about over ruling the arrangement and again he tells me they’re not required to send out notificationsI told him that he can’t be taking peoples money and turning around and take th

Though he did return the vehicle, he still owes the amount of the contractual agreement. Since that time he has communicated his desire for us to cease pulling automatic payments and we have. We will not be returning the payment the was originally made towards the amount owed on his contract. Thank you.
