We have reached an agreement to refund our client in full for the canceled booking as the alternative replacement we offered plus partial refund where not acceptable to the client. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our client.

Review: I have a contract for 30 days accommodation which the agent cancelled 1 day prior to arriving. The agent was not able to find suitable replacement accommodation and will not issue a full refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund immediately would be ideal. Failing that:- $12,000 to be paid now (I only sent this amount a few weeks ago)- $4,000 per month for 3 months
