Review: This company send me letters at a rate of 2 to 3 a week sometimes more. This company is using my wife's car information with my name and she keeps calling and asking for them to remove us and stop mailing us information since we never gave them our information and they do not stop. They are getting worse for the last 6 months we have gotten over 120 letters from this company and were told my the Nationwide Insurance Headquarters that they would email the Agency directly to have them stop and it has gotten worse. We really want these letters to stop. This is harassment and are getting to the point that we will go file a complaint with the police.Desired Settlement: All letters to stop immediately. No more contact from this company and my name and information to be completely removed from any and all of Nationwide's computer files. We have never had and never will have their insurance

He stated that he called the Main office of Nationwide Insurance I really don't know if this is true because I didn't get any emails from the company in regards to this matter. He actually called on July **,2014 to request his information to be remove from our system and we did. He requested a quote for car insurance and this is information I purchased from a company name Net quote that's the way that we actually got his information. This information will not only be sale to me also will be sale to other agencies that purchase information from this company. If he just called on July **,2014 there is no way that he can be filing claims stating that we keep sending him mail from my office.
