Yeung's Dental PC

Review: I had dental work done at Yeung's Dental PC in Manhattan, NY in July 2012. At the time, I was informed by the dentist that because my insurance has been used in full and she can no longer provide me with any additional services unless I pay the rest in cash. I agreed to pay $450 in cash for an Endodontic therapy procedure. However, in April 2013, I received a medical insurance claim from Yeung's Dental PC for $860 for the procedure that was performed during the prior year. My insurance paid $680 towards the claim. However, I have never been to their office in 2013! When I called my dental insurance company, I was informed that because Yeung's Dental PC is an out of network provider, the payment cannot be cancelled and any dispute can only be resolved between the dentist and me.I went to see [redacted] on several occasions and I was informed that the charges will be reversed. However, it's now July 2013, the charges has yet to be reversed. My dental coverage is only $2,000. I'm currently having dental work done and Yeung's Dental PC's charges has put me in a bind with my current dentist. What this dentist has done is wrong on so many different levels.Desired Settlement: Either cancel what they have charged to my dental insurance company or give me a refund directly (preferred at this point). I now have to pay my current dentist because Yeung's Dental PC has charged a third of my total annual insurance for work that has already been paid for; and even worse; committing fraud and charging my insurance for work that they never performed during this calendar year.
